THE ACCOUNT DIDN’T SPEAK TO CAT OWNERS. IT SPOKE AS THE CAT.
Cat litter communication usually focuses on what owners need to know: product benefits, hygiene, convenience, and performance.
Ramlah had the same functional benefits to communicate, but repeating them from the brand’s point of view would make the content feel expected and interchangeable.
Pimula shifted the entire perspective by making the cat the central persona of the account. Every reel, post, reaction, and product message was built around how cats would see, judge, and experience their own world.

01. The Challenge
The Product Had The Benefits, It Needed A Voice Pet Owners Could Relate To
Ramlah had clear benefits to communicate: strong clumping, low dust, easier cleaning, everyday comfort. But cat litter content often relies on direct product claims and predictable demonstrations, making it hard to build an account people would genuinely enjoy following.
The challenge was to make the brand feel personal and fun by speaking to pet owners as though the cat itself were behind the account, and to keep that perspective consistent across reels, animation, AI visuals, static posts, trends, and educational content.
02. The Approach
We Gave The Account To The Cat
Ramlah stopped speaking like a brand and started speaking like the one actually using the product, the cat became the voice, personality, and point of view behind every idea. Familiar habits, dramatic reactions, and everyday cat behavior turned into content pet owners could instantly recognize and relate to, while low dust, strong clumping, and comfort were built into the cat's reactions rather than delivered as separate product claims.
That same persona carried across every format: reels, animation, AI visuals, static posts, trends, and educational content, so the account read as one consistent, playful world no matter where someone found it.
