Changing Definition of the Mini Town Team
A Ramadan campaign built around storytelling, using a beloved mascot character to guide kids through the spirit of the season.
Family tradition and shared moments sat at the center of every scene, rather than a straightforward product push.
An original mascot character, custom set design, and a fully composed fawazeer jingle were all created in house, giving the campaign its own identity from the ground up rather than borrowing existing elements.

01. The Challenge
Bringing Ramadan Traditions to Life Through Storytelling
Ramadan campaigns for kidswear brands can easily default to generic seasonal messaging, decorations, discounts, a festive filter over standard product content. Mini Town Team needed something that actually felt like Ramadan, built around family and togetherness rather than a sales calendar.
The challenge was creating a character and story kids and parents would want to follow across the season, one that could carry the brand's warmth without leaning on religious imagery too literally or feeling forced.
02. Behind the Scenes
A Mascot, A Family, and a Season of Shared Moments
Pimula created the campaign's mascot character from the ground up, an original design built specifically to guide a group of kids through the spirit of Ramadan, rather than relicensing or adapting an existing character. Alongside the mascot, the team designed the full set the story takes place in, and composed the fawazeer jingle that ties the series together, giving the campaign its own sound as well as its own look.
With the mascot, set, and jingle all originated in house, storytelling and shared family moments carried the campaign rather than a direct product message. Video and photography captured the mascot and the kids together across reels, stills, and social content.
The result stayed close to how families actually experience Ramadan, gratitude, togetherness, and small daily rituals, giving Mini Town Team a seasonal identity that felt earned rather than decorative.
