Cafex, branded the most fundamental hospitality expo, brings together hundreds of important exhibitors of the restaurant and cafe industry under one roof so they’re able to network, connect, and present their businesses to the public. It had just another expo in 2014, bringing together businesses in the same industry, has developed into one of Egypt’s greatest- anticipated events. Over a duration of 3 days, Cafex brings together leading suppliers and businesses in Egypt’s food and beverage industry. and establishes connections between them with restaurants, cafes, and hotels.

Challenge

Directing the evolution of Cafex Expo over time. The focus is right away on using social media platforms in 2021 to attract customers, exhibitors, and potentially small businesses. As 2022 nears, Cafex faces the challenge of showcasing its increasing influence on the Egyptian hospitality industry while also upgrading its brand image to match up to the updating agenda. This means determining a middle ground between encouraging online interaction and placing an updated plan into action. Additionally, Cafex needs to make sure that their professional visual content effectively communicates the impact of the expo for present and potential customers throughout the post-event time. To overcome these challenges, Cafex should effectively incorporate its goals into an organized strategy in order to increase its visibility and reach.
