They prioritize comfort, reliability, and affordability, enabling travelers to explore more with their value proposition. As the region’s first publicly listed airline, Air Arabia emphasizes growth and profitability through Investor Relations. Beyond air travel, they are committed to social responsibility, focusing on education and healthcare for disadvantaged communities. Their CSR initiatives reflect their dedication to making a positive impact locally and globally.

Challenge

The challenges presented for Air Arabia’s campaign development involved creating engaging strategies to raise awareness among Egyptian travelers about Air Arabia’s network, focusing on both point-to-point (P2P) routes within the UAE and exciting leisure destinations beyond. To tackle this, Pimula proposed two distinctive campaigns tailored to resonate with the Egyptian audience. The first, titled the “Egyptian Adventure Series,” aimed to showcase the cultural richness and historical appeal of destinations like Tbilisi, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Tashkent, and Baku. This campaign emphasized unique travel experiences of Egyptians touring the world, and employed Egyptian storytelling techniques and imagery to establish emotional connections with viewers. The second campaign, “UAE Excursions,” highlighted the convenience of Air Arabia’s P2P routes from Egypt to Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, positioning these routes as gateways to diverse leisure and business opportunities in the UAE. By infusing both campaigns with Egyptian cultural elements and tailoring content to local interests, Pimula sought to transform Air Arabia’s social media presence, effectively engaging Egyptian travelers and driving interest in the airline’s extensive network offerings.
