In the technical account manager role, you will play a major part in the pre-sales and post-sales process. Expertise in the technical elements of the product and clarity of instruction are important competencies in this position. Success in this role will be demonstrated through improvements in the generation of sales leads and retention of clients.

Responsibilities :
- Have briefing meetings for new projects and communicate the project’s requirements to the team
- Assign tasks to the technical team and report to the client on each milestone
- Plan the project’s tasks, milestones, and timeframes
- Follow up with the technical team on daily tasks
- Ensure deadlines are being met
- Have frequent meetings with existing clients
- Build strong relationships with our clients and ensure satisfaction
- Evaluate the clients’ needs and fulfill requests in a timely manner and at the requested quality
