Technical Account Manager
At Pimula, we're looking for a Technical Account Manager who can bridge the gap between clients and technical teams, understand technical requirements, and ensure smooth project delivery. Role Details:
- Location: Alexandria
- Working Hours: 8 hours/day
- Work Model: Office-based / Hybrid
- Experience: Experience in a technical field is a must
What You'll Do:
- Act as the bridge between our clients and our technical teams.
- Understand clients' technical requirements and translate them into clear briefs for the delivery team.
- Follow each project from kickoff to delivery and make sure it runs smoothly and on time.
- Keep clients informed with clear updates on progress, timelines, and technical decisions.
What We're Looking For:
- A technical background, with hands-on experience in a technical field.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable talking to both clients and engineers.
- Someone who enjoys working with both clients and technology.
- Organised and solutions-oriented, able to keep several projects moving at once.
