Launching a beauty brand has never been more challenging. Today's consumers are exposed to countless products every day, making visibility alone insufficient to build lasting recognition. A successful launch isn't defined by how many people see a brand—it's defined by how many engage with it, remember it, and continue talking about it long after the first introduction.
For All By Mi, the goal was to create that kind of first impression.
With Cosmo Gate, MENA's largest skincare and cosmetics event, bringing together beauty enthusiasts, creators, influencers, media, and industry professionals, the launch had the opportunity to reach exactly the right audience. But simply exhibiting at the event wasn't enough. The objective was to create a brand experience that transformed a first encounter into a meaningful connection.

Designing an Experience, Not Just a Presence
Trade shows often become a sea of beautifully designed booths competing for attention. While aesthetics can attract visitors, it's the experience that encourages them to stay.
Rather than treating the booth as a space to showcase products, the launch was designed around interaction. Every element was carefully considered to encourage visitors to stop, explore, participate, and discover the brand in a way that felt engaging and memorable.
The strategy wasn't simply about increasing footfall. It was about creating moments that allowed visitors to experience the brand rather than observe it.

Activations That Turned Curiosity Into Connection
Experiential marketing is most effective when it invites participation.
Interactive games, giveaways, and branded activities became key touchpoints throughout the launch, giving visitors multiple reasons to engage with All By Mi beyond product sampling or demonstrations.
Each activation served a strategic purpose. They attracted attention in a busy event environment, encouraged visitors to spend more time at the booth, introduced products in an approachable way, and created experiences worth sharing with others.
By turning visitors into participants, the launch created stronger emotional connections with the brand while naturally generating conversations both on-site and online.
Extending the Launch Beyond the Event Floor
An event may last only a few days, but its impact can continue far longer when supported by the right communication strategy.
Influencer marketing played a central role in extending All By Mi's launch beyond Cosmo Gate itself. The campaign brought together 16 mega influencers and 30 UGC creators, each selected to reflect the brand's positioning and connect with audiences through authentic storytelling.
Rather than focusing solely on product promotion, creators documented the experience—from discovering the booth and interacting with activations to exploring the products firsthand. Their content gave online audiences a genuine window into the launch, expanding its reach beyond those physically attending the event.
Media partnerships added another dimension, increasing visibility while reinforcing credibility during an important milestone in the brand's introduction to the market.
Together, influencer and media activity transformed the launch into a broader conversation that extended well beyond the venue.

Keeping the Momentum Alive Through Real-Time Content
In today's digital landscape, live experiences don't end when visitors leave the venue.
Throughout the three-day event, content was captured, edited, and published in real time, allowing audiences to experience the launch as it unfolded. Behind-the-scenes moments, creator collaborations, visitor interactions, product highlights, and event highlights were continuously shared across social media, ensuring the excitement remained visible throughout the event.
This real-time approach did more than document the launch. It created momentum, encouraged ongoing engagement, and connected physical and digital audiences through a shared brand experience.

One Strategy, Multiple Touchpoints
The strength of the launch didn't come from any single element. It came from how every touchpoint worked together.
The booth captured attention.
Activations encouraged participation.
Giveaways rewarded engagement.
Influencers expanded the conversation.
Media strengthened credibility.
Live content maintained momentum beyond the event itself.
Each element supported the same objective: introducing All By Mi in a way that felt memorable, engaging, and aligned with its desired positioning from day one.
Rather than functioning as separate marketing activities, they formed one integrated launch strategy where every interaction reinforced the next.

More Than a Brand Launch
Launching a new beauty brand isn't simply about making products available—it's about creating the first chapter of the brand's relationship with its audience.
For All By Mi, Cosmo Gate became more than a launch venue. It became the platform for introducing the brand through experience rather than exposure alone, demonstrating how thoughtfully designed activations, strategic influencer partnerships, media engagement, and real-time storytelling can work together to create a launch that resonates beyond the event itself.
Because in today's beauty industry, the brands that leave the strongest impression aren't always the ones with the biggest presence. They're the ones that create experiences people remember.
